Refund Policy
Important: Refunds are not applicable after product delivery unless a valid product issue is acknowledged by ABTEK’s team.
Refund Eligibility:
- Product received is damaged or defective.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Valid proof (images/videos) shared within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Conditions:
- Item must be unused and returned with original packaging and invoice.
- Our team will verify and approve the claim.
- Refund (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Product used or damaged after delivery.
- Issues arising from user error or incompatibility.
- No complaint raised within 24 hours of delivery.
