Refund Policy

Important: Refunds are not applicable after product delivery unless a valid product issue is acknowledged by ABTEK’s team.

Refund Eligibility:

• Product received is damaged or defective.
• Incorrect product delivered.
• Valid proof (images/videos) shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Conditions:

• Item must be unused and returned with original packaging and invoice.
• Our team will verify and approve the claim.
• Refund (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Product used or damaged after delivery.
• Issues arising from user error or incompatibility.
• No complaint raised within 24 hours of delivery.
